Maison Satar – Return Policy
We want you to feel fully satisfied with your Maison Satar purchase. Should you wish to return your item, the following policy applies:
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at support@maisonsatar.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The same return conditions as above apply.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@maisonsatar.com.
